The rules for using Publish Your Profile.

1. Your account

You must satisfy the Children & Minimum Age Policy: you must be at least 18 to create or use an account, and parental permission does not override that rule. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly report suspected compromise to support@publishyourprofile.com. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Selecting Google or another enabled identity provider starts a restricted temporary setup; it does not activate an account or grant access to product features. An account is activated only after eligibility is confirmed and these terms are accepted.

2. Profiles and public information

You choose which personal, work, or business details appear on your profile. Published profiles can be viewed and copied by anyone with their URL. Never publish passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health records, or other secrets.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant Publish Your Profile the limited permission required to host, process, display, secure, and transmit it while providing the service. You must have the right to share everything you add.

4. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, impersonate others, invade privacy, distribute malware or scams, harass people, endanger a child, misuse communications, scrape data, or bypass service controls. The full Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are displayed in US dollars before checkout. Stripe processes card payments; the service does not store complete payment-card numbers. One-time purchases unlock the stated profile or publishing entitlement. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing-management page. Completed charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the Refund Policy and Cancellation & Subscription Policy before purchasing.

6. Third-party services

Identity providers, hosting services, and linked websites may be operated independently. Their terms, policies, availability, and content remain their responsibility.

7. Availability and account action

The operator may maintain or change the service, and may hide or suspend content that violates these terms, threatens people or the service, or creates legal risk. Availability is not guaranteed.
