1. Contact support

Send an email to support@publishyourprofile.com. Use the category in your subject—Account, Billing, Profile, Safety, Privacy, Accessibility, or Security—so the request can be routed correctly.

2. What to include

• The email address associated with the account.
• The relevant public profile URL or non-secret invoice ID.
• What you expected, what happened, and when it happened.
• For a technical problem, the device, browser, and a screenshot with private information removed.

3. Account and profile help

Support can help with sign-in, password recovery, account security, publication, exports, deactivation, and permanent deletion. Identity verification may be required before an account-specific action. Support will never ask you to disclose a password or one-time code.

4. Billing and subscriptions

First use the signed-in Billing area to view an online purchase or manage a subscription. For a charge question, provide the date, amount, and Stripe receipt or invoice ID. Review the Refund Policy and Cancellation & Subscription Policy.

5. Safety, privacy, accessibility, and security

For abuse or unsafe content, use the profile report control when available and include the relevant URL. Put “Privacy” in the subject for a data request and “Accessibility” for an access barrier. Put “Security” in the subject for a suspected vulnerability and avoid accessing other people's information while testing.

6. Emergencies

This support channel and the service's calling or messaging features are not emergency services and are not monitored for an immediate response. Contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
