1. Use the service lawfully

Follow applicable law and respect other people's rights. You must have authority to create the account, publish the content, contact another person, and use any name, image, logo, trademark, or contact detail you submit.

2. Do not deceive or exploit

• Do not impersonate a person or organization or misrepresent an affiliation, credential, product, service, or payment.
• Do not operate phishing, fraud, scams, misleading redirects, fake support, or deceptive fundraising.
• Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without authority.

3. Do not threaten safety or dignity

• No harassment, stalking, bullying, coercion, credible threats, or promotion of violence.
• No hateful abuse targeting protected characteristics and no content that facilitates exploitation or trafficking.
• No child sexual exploitation material, sexualized content involving a minor, or attempts to groom or endanger a child. Suspected exploitation may be reported to appropriate authorities.
• Do not use messaging or calling for unwanted repeated contact, intimidation, spam, or an emergency-services substitute.

4. Respect systems and other accounts

• Do not distribute malware, malicious code, credential theft, or links designed to compromise a device or account.
• Do not probe, scan, bypass, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or evade security, moderation, entitlement, rate-limit, or access controls.
• Do not scrape, harvest, resell, or automate access without written authorization.
• Do not obtain access to another account, conversation, payment, or nonpublic record without permission.

5. Respect intellectual property and regulated activity

Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Do not use the service to offer illegal goods or services, evade sanctions, launder money, or conduct activity requiring a license you do not have.

6. Enforcement

The operator may restrict a feature, unpublish content, preserve evidence, suspend or close an account, or notify a provider or lawful authority when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate a report, enforce these rules, or comply with law. Context, severity, history, and risk may be considered. Available appeal instructions will be provided with a moderation decision.

7. Report a concern

Use the report control on a public profile when available or contact support@publishyourprofile.com. Include the relevant profile URL and a clear description, but do not send passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card details. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
