Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Cancel the next renewal—not the time you already paid for.

Effective August 25, 2026 · Version 2026-08-25

A monthly subscription renews until it is cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing settings to stop the next charge. Cancellation during a paid period takes effect at that period’s end.

1. Monthly renewal

The checkout page shows the subscription price and billing interval before purchase. Unless cancelled, Stripe charges the saved payment method on each renewal date. Taxes may be added when required.

2. How to cancel

Open the Billing area in your signed-in profile, choose “Cancel renewal,” and confirm the request. Check that the service shows the subscription as scheduled to cancel at the end of the current period. The Stripe billing portal remains available for payment methods and invoices. If you cannot access the account, contact support@publishyourprofile.com before the displayed renewal date.

3. What happens after cancellation

You keep access through the end of the current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after that date. Cancelling does not erase the account or profiles, and it does not undo one-time purchases. Features that require the subscription stop when the paid period ends.

4. No mid-cycle or prorated refund

Cancelling partway through a month does not create a credit or refund for unused days. If a renewal has already completed, it is treated as the new paid period and is subject to the Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Account deletion and payment failure

Permanently deleting an account queues its pending online checkout and active subscription for closure together with the account deletion. The service retries a delayed provider cleanup without restoring the deleted account. Contact support if Stripe continues to show an account after deletion. A failed payment may place subscription access in a past-due or inactive state.

6. Price or service changes

If a recurring price or material subscription term changes, notice will be provided as required before the change applies. You may cancel before the affected renewal.
