Children & Minimum Age Policy
The service is for adults aged 18 and over.
Effective August 25, 2026 · Version 2026-08-25
Publish Your Profile is a general-audience profile service for adults. A person under 18 may not create or use an account, submit profile information, publish a profile, connect, message, call, or make a purchase.
1. Minimum age
You must be at least 18 to create or use an account. There is no parental-permission route around this adult-only rule. For self-service email signup, the browser sends the date of birth for an eligibility check before it submits the other completed account details. For an administrator-created account, the administrator must either submit the date of birth for that check or attest that the customer is at least 18; email OTP verification remains mandatory. For Google or enterprise sign-in, the provider first shares basic account details and the service creates a restricted pending account; the person must then confirm eligibility before receiving product access. A fresh ineligible pending account and its provider link are deleted. The date itself is processed in memory and is not saved to the account, logs, analytics, or cookies. A successful account retains only the applicable adult-eligibility result, when it was confirmed, and limited setup-method evidence. A non-identifying anti-replay receipt for credential signup may remain for up to one day, and a separate browser-only denial marker may last 24 hours after an unsuccessful attempt, as described in the Cookie Policy.
2. Public profiles require special care
Published profiles can be opened and copied by anyone with the link. Do not publish a home address, school schedule, live location, government identifier, private phone number, or other detail that could create a safety risk. Do not publish a child's image or personal information unless you have authority and doing so is safe and lawful.
3. If we learn that a user is under 18
We may suspend access while reviewing the matter and will take reasonable steps to delete the account and the personal information collected from an underage user, unless limited retention is required to protect that person or others, investigate abuse, comply with law, or document the deletion.
4. Parent or guardian requests
A parent or legal guardian who believes an underage person submitted information should contact support@publishyourprofile.com with “Child privacy” in the subject and the relevant profile URL or account identifier. We may request limited information to verify the requester's identity and authority before disclosing or deleting account information. Never email government ID unless support specifically provides a secure, necessary method.
5. Safety reports
Report grooming, exploitation, sexual content involving a minor, or a credible threat immediately through the profile report control and to appropriate local authorities. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
