Orders are final.

1. One-time purchases

Payments for profile access, extra profiles, Web Profile publishing, or lifetime unlimited Web Profile edits are final once payment succeeds and the purchased access is made available. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, unused access, failure to publish, or a decision to stop using the service.

2. Subscription charges

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated. Cancelling during a paid billing period stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. You can continue using the subscription service until the end of the already-paid period, subject to the Terms and any safety restriction.

3. Administrative credits and offline arrangements

Free codes, administrative credits, and offline-payment access are not cash, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for a refund. Questions about an offline arrangement should be directed to the administrator who created it.

4. Billing errors and rights that cannot be waived

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or caused by a technical billing error, contact support promptly with the account email, charge date, amount, and receipt or invoice identifier. Do not send complete card numbers or card security codes.

If an online charge completes after permanent account deletion has already made the purchased access impossible to deliver, the service may automatically reverse that specific charge. This narrow technical correction is not a refund for an ordinary cancellation, unused service, or change of mind.
