Profiles should be usable by everyone.

1. Our accessibility goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a product target where applicable. This statement describes our direction and does not claim that every page, user-uploaded item, or third-party experience currently conforms in every respect.

2. What we work to support

• Keyboard access and visible focus for interactive controls.
• Semantic headings, labels, instructions, and understandable error messages.
• Sufficient contrast, text resizing, browser zoom, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
• Text alternatives for meaningful product imagery and controls that do not rely on color alone.
• Reduced-motion preferences and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies where practicable.

3. Content and third-party limitations

Profile owners control much of the text, images, links, colors, and destinations they publish. Google, Stripe, linked websites, and other third-party services control their own accessibility. We still want to know when a service flow creates a barrier and will work toward a practical solution within our control.

4. Request help or report a barrier

Email support@publishyourprofile.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page or profile URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier encountered, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the device, browser, and assistive technology used. Do not include a password or authentication code.

5. Alternative access

If an inaccessible feature prevents you from accessing information or completing an account action, ask support for a reasonable alternative method. We will consider the request and the security and identity checks required for that action.
